The Tennyson is a pair of office buildings in Dallas. The owners were in need of a brand identity to accompany some building updates.

Early explorations played into the buildings’ architecture, dimensions and location.

A concept referencing a distinctive staircase in the lobby really jumped out to everyone on the team.

Bold lines, one-color layouts, and confidence are stylistic choices that unify the collateral by having the same characteristics of the logo itself.

The typography and colors were chosen to feel bold and assertive, but not over-powering.

Templates were provided to show how the “staircase” motif could be used to create layouts for signage, advertisements and other materials.

Example signage shows how physical hardware should feel as sturdy and sleek as the graphic elements.
