Chip’s Clubhouse was a cozy, neighborhood gastropub in Saint Paul, MN offering an eclectic comfort‑food menu, a full bar, vegan‑friendly options, inspired by British pub faire mixed with midwest hospitality.
We created a mascot and various templates for the staff to build lore around Chip and his adventures, who is the famed fish that lived many lives.
